Terry handles a variety of legal matters, including local government law (including condemnations), land use, estate planning, estate and probate, business law, real estate, and property matters.
Terry’s wife, Debbie, is a retired elementary school teacher. They have 2 adult children and four grandchildren. Terry is active in the First Presbyterian Church (Elder) and numerous non-profit organizations in Union County. He enjoys golf, reading, history, and the coast of North Carolina.
