Donald C. Perry

1940–2017

Mr. Perry was one of the founding partners of the firm. He was born and raised in Wingate, NC. Licensed to practice law in North Carolina in 1964, Mr. Perry practiced law in Monroe until he retired in 2010. Before his retirement, he served as County Attorney for Union County and Town Attorney for the Town of Wingate. In addition to local government law, his practice was primarily devoted to drafting wills, estate administration, real estate closings, and business law.
